Special Interest Group

The Council of PSANZ may approve an application to become a Special Interest Group of the Society. The objective of Special Interest Groups of PSANZ is to provide forum for the discussion and presentation of specific aspects of perinatology relevant to the aims of the Society.  Such groups are open to all members of the Society.

PSANZ runs the following special interest groups

  • Interdisciplinary Maternal Perinatal Australasian Clinical Trials -IMPACT
  •  Perinatal PSANZ Mortality Special Interest Group - PNM
  • Perinatal Indigenous Network - PIN
  •  Perinatal Substance Use - PSU

PSANZ also supports WOMBAT-Women and Babies Wellbeing : Action through Trials which promotes and supports high quality randomised controlled trials in the perinatal area. Website
