Message from the President
 Welcome to the website for the Perinatal Society of Australia and New
Zealand (PSANZ). PSANZ is a research focused professional organisation
dedicated to improving perinatal health for women and their babies in
Australia and New Zealand.
The Society encompasses a broad range of
professionals, including scientists, obstetricians, midwives,
neonatologists, neonatal nurses and a variety of 'other' professionals
including pathologists, epidemiologists and paediatric surgeons. The
inter-disciplinary nature of the Society’s membership is unique and
provides it with enormous breadth of expertise covering virtually all
aspects of perinatal research and medicine.
I invite you to visit our website and learn more
about the objectives and activities of the Society. In particular, we
invite new members to join the Society and contribute to the PSANZ
Annual Congress, which is a major event that brings together all
members and many International colleagues interested in perinatal
medicine and research. It is a great opportunity and I encourage you to
contribute to the Society.
