Council

PSANZ became Company limited by guarantee on 29th January 2007. PSANZ is governed by a Council which comprise of members elected to be the Directors of PSANZ.

The Council comprise the following Members:

the Office Bearers elected in accordance with clause 9.3;
the Immediate Past President; and
one Branch Representative for each Branch

Only Full Members are eligible to be Council members.

Where possible each Discipline should be represented on Council.

The Council for 2008 comprises the following Members:-
